  • Divisional Business Manager- Law firm

  • Head of Partnership Accounting & Tax - Law Firm

    To have primary responsibility for the accounting and reporting of profit shares, tax reserves, payments, disbursements and capital on a partner by partner basis, across multi-jurisdictions and multi-currencies. To be the centre of knowledge regarding all financial arrangements for all partners globally, not only in connection with current account and capital account but, vitally, also in connection with tax reserves for each current and former partner. To act as the interface between the Partner Affairs team and other teams within finance (e.g. management accounts, tax, financial accounts, decision support and financial planning, etc) as well as with relevant external parties (auditors, accountants, tax accountant, etc), and internal members of the Tax team on all matters relating to accounting and reporting of partners' personal financial relationship with the Firm.

  • Head of IT - Law Firm
